Tom McCarthy

Director, Property Management, Health & Safety

Tom is a director and leads the Property Management Department for Lisney working with our property management team across our nationwide portfolio.

He has over 15 years of experience in general agency practice in Ireland and has also worked in senior safety and project management roles in the UK construction sector.

Tom joined Lisney in April 2018 and holds a BA in Economics from University College Cork, a Certificate in Process Engineering (UCC) and is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland.

Tom is also a Graduate member of The Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) and has completed the Higher Diploma in ‘Health, Safety and Welfare at Work, at UCC. He also advises corporate and private clients in relation to staff and building safety strategies.
